In this HeARTful workshop, the second of our Connect and Create series, we invite you to connect with the element of Water.
We will dive into the depths of the Heart, explore our emotions and feelings, in a centered and playful way, and create a soulful painting inspired by our journey.
The combination of Shamanic Practice and Soulful Art will create an opportunity for you to discover and explore joyfully in a safe and sacred space. A special time for you to experience the joy of your heart connection together with connection to the Element of Water. It will bring you closer to knowing yourself, to having a stronger heart connection, and to live freely and fully in tune with your heart.
When you enter this space, artistic expression flows through you onto the canvas. There is no need for prior artistic skills as you respond from your heart.
Nelly and Betsy are very much looking forward to providing this spiritual and creative space for you. It is such a wonderful thing to gift yourself! – Self-care, creative flow, insight, connectedness.
